Awesome post! I'm definitely an Import, with a sprinkling of The American and a smattering of the Standard. Totally delish eye candy for a Friday! Thanks. Lisa x

The most perfect list of all time. You have perfectly defined my sense of style, something that I have been longing for for a long time. Love this blog so much!

this is incredible. mostly standard + import, with a bit of edge and american thrown in.
Excellent. But it looks like your watch listing doesn't quite match up with the grid photos. I think the Timex Weekender should be 5c, with the Rolex as 5a and Nixon as 5b. But such a great post.

Thanks guys! Topham: You're right, I just made the fix, I actually originally had it that way. It was really hard to decide between Rolex and Timex as the Standard.

Holy wow, this is brilliant! I seriously love each piece, but it's the Celine blazer that has me in fits.

This is a great idea! Although judging from the guitar row, I imagine the guitars were curated for their looks and not for the way those guitarss stereotypically get played and used.

Lizzie! Brilliant work. If you need any assistance in growing the list please drop me a line.

I'm with @Andrea S.; you are helping a whole slew of ladies define their style with your work on this blog. Much love.

This is a great gathering of objects I adore and dream about adding to my closet. Until then, my second-hand LLBean Totes and thrifted oxfords will do!

I love this! I'm not sure I skew to any of the categories, though--my favorites were pretty much all over the place.

And I really enjoy this blog. It's a nice change from Fashion-y fashion blogs (not that I don't enjoy those, but this is so much more relatable).

Definitely fell into the "standard", but am in love with my Col. Littleton belt- so glad you included it.

I'll take it all please! This solidifies for me that my personal style is all over the place, but I love it none the less.
Thanks for this :)

None of the above.

I guess to me tomboy style is about function and comfort over fashion and statement.

Totally blown away. I am a perfect blend of Standard and American! Honestly, my jaw dropped as I scrolled down. I feel so validated to have finally connected with others who share my style. Can't wait for the book!

Oh my goodness this is amazing! I have to say your blog has changed my fashion life. I am an avid reader, every day and your blog has crystallized the idea of style for me and I just love every post! It gives me a sense of focus amongst the craziness of trends and I feel like I am investing in pieces now that will stand the test of time.
Just the other day I found THE hat that will help me achieve that wonderful Lykke Li look you posted a while back, floppy hat and blazer with high waisted flare jeans.
Thank you!!

This is epic! You obviously put a ton of effort into this project. As someone who swings gaily between OCD, ADHD, and mania, I tip my trilby to you. Kinda want to print it out and paste it to my wall (Standard/Edge, with a hint of Atavist). Bravo!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! This gives me hope that my very basic style might not be as bad as I think it is. Thanks!

PS: I noticed that the vehicle links are off. I think b and c are switched.

Nice catch, you were indeed right. I made the fix! Thanks!

My dream list! I'm a Standard + Import, but would never say no American, either. I came to your blog through Cup of Jo and am so glad to I found it.

Wow this post is brilliant! My tomboy and let's say my first reference on style is Patti Smith, she really knew had to rock a plain shirt with jeans and a blazer (L) I can't love her more, but I can't steal a lot of ideas from this wonderful post ^^
