GEAR | L.L. Bean Hunter's Tote

I bought this L.L. Bean zip-top tote ($29) last week for my husband. We have some wedding travel coming up next month and he has a habit of stashing his shoes in my carry-on totes. I read somewhere recently that camo is the leopard print of menswear, so I went for it hoping he'd be into it. He is. But since it came I have been jealously eyeballing it almost every day. I just wish I didn't monogram it with his initials.

This is fantastic! I'm going to get Manhattan Brother on the case.

Bags never look as good on the LL Bean website as they do in real life. Awesome bag!

I have been using these camo bags, open and zip-top versions, for over a decade - they are fantastic! No signs of wear. Fold down neatly for compact storage. I read somewhere that they were originally designed to carry ice - thus the rubberized lining (which is nice even though it sounds awful). Definitely the coolest and best value from LL Bean.

Camo and Leopard print are both neutrals in my book! My absolute favor prints for men and women. I love this bag!

Not a better $29 bag in the world that I'm aware of!

We have one with an orange monogram. I use it as a diaper bag for my baby girl, Beau. Love it.

Women's every belongings when they go outside are in their handbags. If they lose it, they lose everything they brought. Now, companies offer handbag insurance to cover for that so it would be a smart investment to apply for one.

How did you get them to do a dollar sign? A pop-up window keeps reprimanding me that I can only use letters and numbers.

@Hillary

That's weird, not sure why it wouldn't work for you. Maybe it's the font?

Hello!

Just wanna know are the carrying handles good enough to put over the shoulders? I thought it looked a tad bit short! Thanks!

@E.

You can get long straps or short. The short ones are not long enough to go over the shoulder but the longer ones are. Hope that helps!
