oh man, my favorite blog is back! seriously, nothing ever came close to tomboy style for me in the ensuing years. will follow you over there, but please don't delete these archives! i still refer to them pretty often.

I won't delete it! Thanks for the encouragement. I miss the Tomboy Style days. I'm trying to figure out what my groove is over there, so bear with me as I experiment.

Idk if this totally gets to your questions, but I think what I loved so much about Tomboy Style is that each post was a little delight--something new that could improve my mood (like the amazing Life archive photos that I never would have found on my own) or my day-to-day (like a link to a really good pair of mocs right at the moment that I needed some new summer shoes). They weren't the long, confessional blog posts that I tend to associate more with the blogging era, and that was a very good thing imo. You really seemed to blog for the readers, if that makes sense? Like you really wanted us to know/see/hear this really cool thing you found. And the editorial voice (for lack of a better term) really fit the content well. Hope that all makes sense!
