Chhhhh yeah right. LOL. Not when your momma is Jane Birkin and papa Serge Gainsberg. I don't know how she does it. I think most people just overcomplicate things when you can just keep it simply and easy as she does!
She has a perfect body for clothes, an amazing and interesting face, great hair and quite a pedigree. I believe she doesn't make much of an effort to be stylish, everything just looks great on her. However, when she does make too much of an effort (when Balenciaga styles her) I think she falls flat. She looks the best her casual, tomboy self.
I love her! She is naturally cool in a way that, even if I wore the exact same outfit, I could never be. However, I don't necessarily agree with the "no effort" comment, I think that like all women that look effortlessly chic, she knows what suits her and sticks with it, therefore not much effort NOW, but that self knowledge doesn't just come overnight. Great post and I love your blog!
