I love this blog!! Right away I thought of Claire McCardell -- you must consider her for your book, as she did so much to enable women to walk, run, ski and swim in with the sort of relatively androgynous comfort and style we now take for granted. Can't wait to see the book!!

I'm wondering if you will include any tomboy style for tomboy girls in the book? 0-5, 5-10, 10-15...??
my youngest daughter is a committed tomboy & i like to show her how she can still embrace her feminity in a tomboy way, you know what i mean. I want her to be proud of being a girl & not think she needs to be a boy to do the things she wants to do. she's only 4! but i find it all quite fascinating really, her older sister is the opposite...I'd love to see some ideas or inspiration on your blog. :)
